We accept minimum investment of 1 million naira and the maximum amount is the value for the proposed project. For the continuous running mortgage investment program there is no limit to the amount that can be invested.

You get an initial 20% on your investment once the building is complete and then 10% per year on mortgage payments made by the buyer until payment is complete or the 10 year mortgage payment period is complete.
